At Montgomery Transport, we are extremely fortunate to have made considerable investments in our equipment, allowing us to have one of the company's youngest fleets since its inception. This allows our drivers to have more uptime with fewer maintenance issues.

Nevertheless, global supply chain constraints still pose the threat of potential maintenance delays due to a lack of parts and a shortage of skilled technicians. To protect our drivers from circumstances that aren’t in their – or the company's – control we have increased our breakdown pay from $100 to $150 per day.
