Birmingham, AL - February 11, 2025 - MT Select is enhancing opportunities for CDL-A flatbed Owner-Operators with a profitable percentage-based pay structure, access to an extensive freight network, and dedicated business support. Owner-Operators leasing their truck with MT Select can earn between 70-80% of gross linehaul revenue, with pay increasing based on tenure and trailer usage. Drivers also receive 100% of fuel surcharges, along with discounts on fuel, tires, and parts.

To qualify for MT Select’s Owner-Operator Program, drivers must be at least 22 years old, hold a valid CDL-A, and have a minimum of one year of OTR flatbed experience. Tractors must be seven years old or newer and pass an inspection within 30 days before attending safety training.
